An agricultural trust agency with around 3,000 clients
The industry-specific software was originally designed for a single workstation. The need for simultaneous data entry soon arose, but this could not be implemented with the existing system. Switching to a different tool was out of the question; there was simply no equivalent alternative. We therefore developed our own app launcher that runs the software on a shared server. Since then, the firm’s team and clients have been working in it simultaneously, using the same processes as before.
